Infinite Labs: Pro Z Night Time Recovery Formula!

**********Infinite Labs: Pro Z Night Time Recovery Formula!*************

    http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/in...abs/pro-z.html

Infinite Labs® Pro Z™ is a scientifically designed anabolic vitamin and mineral formula that contains Zinc Monomethionine Aspartate, Magnesium Aspartate and Vitamin B-6. All three compounds in Pro Z™ are essential in most biological processes, and while studies suggest that many Americans consume adequate amounts of zinc and vitamin B-6, more than 50% fail to meet the U.S. government's recommendation for magnesium. While these deficiencies are common in the general population, deficiencies of these minerals are even more prevalent in individuals who engage in physical activity, such as athletes. Research suggests that intense training and stress-related physical activity results in decreased levels of zinc and magnesium which can result in insufficient muscle repair. One study involving 250 NFL players, including the Denver Broncos and Miami Dolphins, showed that over 70% of these football players were either depleted or deficient in both zinc and magnesium.*

Pro Z™ is a natural product that has been advocated to support anabolic hormone levels and muscular performance in trained athletes.* Moreover, the unique combination of these three components has been suggested to be a natural and completely safe method of supplementation to significantly promote natural testosterone and growth hormone production.* Other potential benefits of Pro Z™ include supporting muscular strength, mass, power and sleep quality.* While the positive effects on enhanced sleep have not been clinically proven, many individuals supplementing with Zinc Magnesium Aspartate noted improved sleeping patterns that may have a direct impact on athletic performance and overall well-being.* By providing your body with the necessary ingredients it requires such as Pro Z™, you can ensure the adequate recovery that your body needs to optimally build and tone lean muscle tissue.*

The precise recommended dosage of Zinc Magnesium Aspartate is inconclusive, however, research has suggested that the formulated ratio of the three components found in Pro Z™ is very critical for maximizing the effects. It is recommended that this product not be taken in combination with calcium, as calcium has been shown to block the absorption of zinc.*

You could take them together. As stated, studies have shown magnesium and zinc help you sleep. Casein will keep your belly full since it is a slow digesting protein.
