I've been back for a couple days...
I ate really well on vacation but ruined it all on the flight home and the next few days. Going through major post-EDC depression. I'm happy to be home in reasonable weather but I want to be there too.. uggggggghhh........
I really need to get my diet sorted out. Must come up with a plan to follow. Must lose fat and regain strength. Accepting suggestions at this point. Needs to be the easiest-to-follow-plan ever. Dairy/Gluten free. Basically I want a hypoallergenic diet with little to no prep requirements - HAH. doesnotexist.
My friend did show me this awesome avocado+Egg+bacon+cheese bake she made the other day... I wish i liked eggs.BluePrint Believer!

you have costco access? i think they sell pre cooked chicken breasts that you can just heat up and then eat and then just buy veggies and eat those.
I suck at nutrition, makes me sad
those post vegas blues... I missed this years Vegas trip and was way way sad about it. Never effing again, well maybe if the bands playing suck but even then no.

1) still jetlagged
2) still hungover from vegas... and last weekend
3) football team won 3rd place in the league (in a nailbiter game for 3rd place)
4) must train hard for next year. Potentially Safety or Linebacker.
5) gotta lose 30lbs.
6) must regain strength.
7) diet prep has been nonexistant and it needs to start happening. Lazy factor is high.
8) I play too much League of Legends. if you play, leave me your username or pm me for mine.BluePrint Believer!

Shoulders were alright, my necks getting a little stiff today haha... each superset was spaced an hour apart approximately. Wasn't tooo bad!
I did get some groceries, but i'm still mostly dealing with microwave dinners out of sheer laziness.
I was hungry and too lazy to prep anything..... so that happened haha. I will have to chop up the teriyaki tofu i have in the fridge so later tonight when im in the same position, I have something to fill the void....... lol And as fun as random is... that particular meal choice is totally not conducive to my weight lost efforts hahaLast edited by beefcake66; 07-03-2015 at 10:50 AM.

Good job on the workouts!!!! How's the knee feeling these days? Are you regaining strength in that leg?

Somedays it feels like a normal functioning leg (as long as im not doing anything exercise-like), and sometimes it feels unstable and weak and sore... For the most part I think I'm doing alright but I'm not as strong as I'd like to be yet. My surgeon follow up was moved from today (20th) to the 27th, so I have another week to wait to see how I'm progressing. I CAN feel a little muscle in the leg though... probably from all the walking around at these festivals I've been going to!
I just got back from Toronto, I went to Warped Tour and Canada's Wonderland LOTS OF WALKING! And dancing. And headbanging (I gave myself whiplash. yea.)BluePrint Believer!

So the stiff neck finally subsided on Wednesday, but Thursday I was RIDICULOUSLY ill, power puking everywhere and the toilet almost broke my nose. No joke. It's stupid.
I hope to start training again tonight! There's a football group workout going on again starting tonight so I'm hoping to participate 50% in that. Between the recovering leg and my nose I don't think I will be going anywhere near 100% lolBluePrint Believer!

Workout last Friday (July 24th) was pretty intense. It featured overhead squats, pause bench press, still legged deadlifts, a shoulder (soldier?) complex, a bunch of supersets of these things and abs at the end.
