Sounds like 1-2 weeks after, again. lol gosh
How do I stop eating burger king daily? this is my struggle right now. Gaining back weight so fast... gotta get back on dat diet so hard.
Quit the caffeine/fat burners because I feel like theyre making my throat worse (drying it out?).. so I need to drink more liquids and ive been failing at that... ugh that sickness really threw me off track

It's so hard to resist, especially when we're used to eating it. The only thing that helps me is to prep meals and make sure I have it in hand. I suppose you could move to the salad versions of whatever burger king serves, but where's the fun in that?

Yea I got stomped on a few times and now I know to stay out of the actual pit... I stick to the edges.
I'm petrified I'd blow my knee out again so I avoid them too haha... ive seen some **** but most of the time people are pretty good in the pits (pickin ppl up when they fall, etc)...
Circle pits are big with a bunch of the bands I like so I might participate in one of those sometime !

I'm under 170 again (haha... fuk) and so not ready for Vegas but OH WELL!
chubby bunny coming in hoooooooooooooooooooot
---------
I'm already planning my trip next year and planning a different trip (or two) so I can go to John Broz's Gym (Average Broz) in Vegas... They do internships there, I'd totally pay $3000 to spend a week training like a real weightlifting athlete. What a vacation... May be too expensive to actually do the internship, but I could get a punch pass and go a couple times a day and pretend I'm interning haha I wanted to go do a personal training session this upcoming trip but there's literally no time! My itinerary is booked SOLID! I'm going to try to take a lot of pictures and videos... may become too drunk to operate equipment though ahhaBluePrint Believer!

Best thing about vegas you can be a Chubby Bunny and still have fun. Besides after a couple of drinks you aren't going to care and neither does anyone else. There were some more than chubby bunny status ladies at the pool wearing teeny tiny bikinis and I wish I had 1/4 of their confidence.
Just be careful Beefy. My Journal, sometimes there are adorable dog pics

Vegas was crazy and awesome
been eating like mad since I got back
gotta put the brakes on the foods and start exercising... been having an ankle issue that's driving me nuts. I was told it was my calf but I think more specifically my soleus is too tight and its causing me crazy ankle pain/tendonitis type thing.

Been eating a ton and bad options while slowly converting back to healthy stuff and trying to cut back. Weights been holding steady around 170-172.
Been doing a little bit of lifting everyday since Wednesday (ha.. 2 days) and trying to focus on mobility and still working on this ankle issue.
I've got to the point with my bad leg that im less concerned with the repaired ACL getting damaged from bending my knee too much, and im gonna start working on deep squat form (no weights) and other mobility stuff that I usually would prevent myself from doing.BluePrint Believer!

I thought I posted here within the last week but apparently I didn't!
I came down with a terrible sickness last Friday (the 5th) and spent 4 days basically bedridden feeling like death, but I've been on the mend since Wednesday (10th); my voice is back but I am constantly sneezing/coughing whats left of the gunk out of me.
I've got a little workout plan to follow (going to try Meltdown Training) and im gonna do meal prep this weekend.. I'm brainstorming some ideas but this is what I have semi-planned:
-Mini mashed-tato topped chicken pies
-Lentil Curry Soup (basically mashed lentils)
-Protein Rice Krispie Squares
-Must figure out a high protein lemon tart recipe lol
I need a few more ideas/recipes; I think I'm gonna try to build them all small instead of making one huge dish and separating afterwards, and freeze the majority (any suggestions on how to do this for long-ish time storage to prevent freezer burn?)
I need to buy some containers and I think some jars for soup-in-a-jar concoctions... try some miso-tofu-ricenoodle soup maybe... I've not been a big soup fan lately though (too hot out!!)
Side note: I wish Pepsi made Diet Pepsi with BCAAs....BluePrint Believer!

So I did half of the meal prep above... but instead of mashed potato topped chicken pot pies, its lentil soup topped I'll take a picture when I plan to eat one.
Weighed in at 175.6lbs this morning; feeling a lot better but still really gunky in the lungs and the nose still has some things that want out.
Must try to train tonight....BluePrint Believer!
