Body fat percentage and see if muscle loss?

    Hey guys,

Quick intro- I used to be skinny-fat and tried this program by Lyle McDonald which helped me lose a good amount of weight. The picture in my avatar was taken in January (2014).

Anyway, this is where I am today:

Btw, I am flexing in my avatar. In the pictures I've uploaded here I am not. I've made this thread because I've been getting comments from friends that I seem to have lost muscle. I don't think that's true because I still lift heavy and can lift heavier than I already do. I haven't LOST any weight on the lifts but I do feel a little flat and stringy on (ironically) rest days.

My questions to you: what is my body fat in the avatar and then, in the 2 pictures I've put up here (took these pictures while carbing up) and 2. HAVE I lost any muscle IYO?

    Looking forward to your responses,

    Humzah
