Hey, hope someone has some advice. I began taking the Now brand Dessicated Liver Powder as an add on to my supplement regimen as it is very high in vitamins and a decent source of protein. I'd go for 3-4 tbsp a day for the past two months. Anyway I began to notice I didn't feel as balanced on my feet, and my vision was odd in a sense I could only focus on what was in front of me and I became terrible at seeing out of my peripherals. I dropped the liver powder, and feel better, but still not 100%. I'm curious what might have been the cause. The serving size was 1tbsp but I didn't see any harm in the liver powder as it is a food and thought it'd be ok to dose high. It took about a month and a half of consistent use before I began noticing this.
I also wonder if I should stay away from B complex vitamins? I do still use C4 as my PWO which is high in b vitamins and I have zero issues with it. Thanks again!

Be careful with that Iron content. I assume you're a dude that doesn't bleed once a month, because you don't lose much blood you don't lose much Iron so supplementing too much can cause an overdose.

If you don't give me a link and you didn't post in the thread you rep'd me in, I'm not gonna go searching for you. I'll get everyone on recharge.

Thanks for the response, I made an appt to donate blood today as a means of a free iron checkup and to expel some of it in case this is indeed the case.
My levels from a finger prick test were 48 but I forget the units. The range was minimum 25, maximum 55, if anyone knows what unit this is in, I'd greatly appreciate it so I can research if my levels are too high for me as a male.
I've cut the liver powder out of my diet completely and am now taking a b complex instead.

The real issue here is... how do you stand the taste of it?
