So, looked at a few threads.
The easiest method so far I have seen is to have these foods:
Quinoa (main food)
Peas
Salmon
Chicken
Lean Ground Beef
3200 calorie bulk (BW = 175lb)
Protein (0.9g of bodyweight)= 157.5g = 630 calories
Fat (0.4 bodyweight) = 70g = 630 calories
Carb (whatever is left) = 485g = 1940 calories
The only reason I have the beef is to hit my fat requirement, but I read that eating red meat everyday isn't the healthiest thing. Any cheap alternatives?

Brown rice is much more palatable than quinoa IMO. Easy to cook, cheap, and lasts about a week after cooking. Can't get over the nutty taste of quinoa.
Chicken breasts are awesome...
Buy a steamer, steam carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and whatever else. It's quick and easy. Not much of a mess either.
I cook everything while watching TV or doing chores or something.
Throw it all in Tupperware and you're good to go.
A variety of nuts is great to have. So is steel cut oats but they are a bit of a pain to prepare every morning.Bench: 335x1 1/29/19

Quinoa (main food)
Peas
Salmon
Chicken
Peanut Butter
Hits all macros, red meat isn't the healthiest thing so thats why I'm taking it out, but I'll eat it once in a while. The ground beef was just there for fat requirement. Peanut butter is my way of hitting fat requirement without eating red meat everyday

Grilling!
Got tired of oven or pan made chicken..
then I got a thermapen and weber grill..
best chicken!
I buy boneless skinless or just sometimes boneless..
Also will get some steak or carne asada for variety.
I also grill my asparagus...and onions.
then I freeze them in huge ziplock bags..if u want to meal prep u can preweigh and tupperware it all..
mexican rice in bulk taste great and can also freeze..no need to buy unclebens high sodium packages..
or also I cook rice in a rice cooker.
usually I like to shred my my meats and throw thrm into salads with fat free dressings
or make chicken rice bowls.
for fats I like almonds raw..pistachios. .whole eggs..peanutbutter etc.
A high carb breakfast I like french toast with bananas.
fruits..dark cherries..pineapples..nectorine.peaches..banana etc..most fruits taste great.
pepinos..which is cucumbers thin sliced with lime or lemon..salt..tapatio..or tajin srasoning..I also thin slice granny smith apples into this..
protein sludge with crushed almonds...
rice cakes...
just a few food ideas for thought!
