Best Workout Program For My Stats?

Im trying to figure out which direction to go with my workout programming.

History: Lifted on/off for about six months with Stronglifts, took a long hiatus, and now I've been working out seriously for about two months. I recently started Jason Blaha's Ice Cream Fitness 5x5 and I'm seeing linear gains because I started the program at 75% of my max.

Stats: My current known "maxes" are 205x5 squat, 185x5 bench, and 225x5 deadlift. I'm 20 yrs old, 5 ft 9 inches, and about 160 lbs.

My big three proportions are pretty off from the numbers I've been seeing from others and it seems like I've plateaued a lot earlier than others on my squat and deadlifts. I'm wondering if a full body workout like ICF 5x5 is a good way to go or if I should try Candito's linear or even his six week program. Feel free to suggest any other programs which you think would be optimal.

    Thanks!

Stick with that you're doing, until it doesn't work any more. Squatting three times a week and deadlifting three times a fortnight should do the trick.

Those are still beginner stats(squats and deads). You can still make good gains with them on a beginner program like Starting Strength.

I got out of starting strength as soon as I reached 300 on squat.

And usually your upper body lifts stall before your lower body.
