Yea i could squat more i just dont push myself as hard with squat because most of the time i dont have a spotter. with deadlift if i cant get it i just drop it so i can really push myself. ive squatted 365 before but i just didnt want to the other day becasue i didnt have a spotter. ha. Hoping to put up 315 on bench tho!

solid work but unless I am mistaken there has only been one complete entry so far..... and that is me (this might have already changed but I am on page 3 of 4 right meow)
also I only got 5.78 on mine. of course I out weigh you by 116 pounds but srsly most men, unless in strength training for a good while, are not going to get huge numbers.
while I agree that men have the strength advantage, the ladies more often will hold the bodyweight advantage. While RCSSDirector made that bench and squat look easy not many people in his weight class are putting up that kind of weight for fun lol.
@RCSS Director, your new to PLing? Were you a bodybuilder before that? Or Strongman?You would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

in following the thread I guess my first entry does not mean too much as I used straps for my deadlifts (did not realize at the time it was against comp rules) and my squat did not cut the mustard. I will aim to give this another go next week and I am going to shoot for 455 deadlift, 300 bench, 365 squat.

I beat the Colorado State record for women's 114lb squat! Did it friggin raw too!
Just thought I'd mention that.
And despite beating that record, the guys are still outscoring me, yet more to support my case for a separate category for women. There's a reason we compete in separate categories in every single sport.Gym lifts: 260/130/285
