you nailed that shiet but it looked like the weight tried pulling you forward on the way up. excellent recovery on that and strong finish. that is definitely a squat you can call a PR with no doubts.
now if you want to see a horrible looking squat watch the 420 I did today the bottom of the lift looks like a squat but when I lost control of the weight on the way up I turned it into a goodmorning lol. I am so glad my deadlift was the first lift I ever trained for strength...
otherwise I would probably have died a few times during squatsYou would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

nah I chose 5/3/1 because it is a nice slow progression and the program can be manipulated a lot to meet my scheduling and recovery needs. 420 is not so heavy that I feel like it will start to eat away at recovery.
besides, velocityrob supported my competition with RCSS so I figure I would come in here and try to win one of those stacks
this was the first time I did all 3 of the big lifts in one day. lol and did my working numbers for 5/3/1 before the sets in that vid. going to feel AWESOME walking around tomorrowYou would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

Thank you for the support sir!
Everyone else will be just 'mirin your camera skills hard
please do cant wait!
hahah yes yes I know. I have another angle of the squat i will post. yes i hitched on the deadlift... i wasnt aware of this rule as i am just a little amateur in the powerlifting world so i will allow others to hitch. plus this was just an in house comp for fun so there wasnt a judge.
appreciate the shiet throwing though
let's find out then!
yes, females definitely allowed. i wouldnt make a separate category because this is based on bodyweight so it is competitive for everyone. 4.9 times your bodyweight should be very competitive. Please join!
equipment that is acceptable
knee wraps
elbow wraps
wrist wraps (not straps for deads though)
belt (obviously, if you do it without you get 10 bonus points)
yes i need to fix a few things if I ever want to do a real meet.
and yes, all on the same day.Director of Marketing - Ronnie Coleman Signature Series

To be honest, despite all my whining about form, men are way stronger than women and there's simply no way I can compete with literally any of the submissions so far. All the training in the world can't overcome all natural steroid production. I follow over a dozen other women's powerlifting journals and not a single one can score over 5 on that BW scale.
Anyways, got my singlet on and heading to the gym. Wish me luck!Gym lifts: 260/130/285

yes sir that's it!
unfortunately for me and my biceps... i am not Ronnie Coleman
love all the participation and 'mirin !
good stuff man. A small suggestion would be to not spend so much time down in your stance before pulling... the longer you stay down the harder it is to come back up it seems. Go down set your grip and yank that beeyatch off the floor!
you can still do the other lifts! Epic friend status / 10
'Mirin dat belt so hard... inclined to give extra points for that
Really good stuff man!! thanks for taking the time to eneter
