I am contemplating saving up for plastic surgery once I get out of college to remedy my facial aesthetics.
Currently looking at: Jaw Implants, Rhinoplasty, Buccal Fat Removal.
How much do you think they can improve my face? Currently I rate myself as a 4/10 on a good day at the moment.
inb4 "post pics", don't want to shatter no computer screens....

Jaw implants and nose jobs are rough. I got my ears done - recovery was kind of rough but WELL worth it. It improves my looks. Ears were my only flaw (they were VERY prominent). Now my face is balanced and I can wear anything to pull it off. I have a lot less resistance from girls and its amazing. I love it. But plastic surgery is not light

Impossible to say without seeing pics of you. If it is your fukked up eyes that are holding you up, then surgery can't help much. On the other hand, if you have a horrible nose, a nose job could raise you up several points alone...

This. ESpecially something involving implants (jaw implants, cheek implants, fat removal). EArs are not as risky because they just involves putting sutures (like most surgeries)...if you are serious, you need to do a lot of research. I spent hours research just for my ears. Although he may have self-esteem problems which may definitely be preventing him with getting women, plastic surgery does help improve your looks (if done correctly) . I am living experience of this and have noticed it first hand. You are simply saying that because plastic surgery is taboo and viewed down by people. Need face pics and rear glute spread (no homo) to be sure. But srs on the face pics. Hard to gauge what plastic surgery can really do for you. It isn't a miracle worker but it can be quite effective for some peopleOriginally Posted by TheInvictus1995

Surgery won't make you good looking OP. u might go from a 4 to a 5 or 6 but never an 8. You will always be incel. PS can't replicate the facial harmony of a naturally good looking person. Even if everything is fixed and nothing is flawed individually it still won't fit together nicely. Sorry OP

What I'm really confused is that people say plastic surgery can't do much, but it can even change people from one gender to another. I'm surprised that the overall consensus is that if I went under the knife I'd still be ugly, albeit less so.
