hi im getting great gains my month into ripptoes and all body workout , however my chest is becoming out of proportion quite seriosly compared to my arms/back etc..
im only doing compounds like military and bench and squat etc should i actually stop benching for a while and say do more militaries let my shoulders catch up?
kinda looks weird now my chest is huge compared to everything else.

It depends. Is your chest fat or is it solid? If you have chest fat , then that can be fixed. Talk to a doctor if so. Some letro can clear that up. Many teens get gyno because their hormone levels are through the roof and aromatase happens even in teens.
If it's muscle , then there is no problem. God gave you genetics to have a big chest. I'm 5'9 250 and even at my size , people stare at my arms. My last measurement was 19.5 cold, but they are probably more like 20.5 cold now.
I wouldn't slack off of that just because genetics has your chest out of proportion. Keep working hard and keep trying to put your best foot forward.
if it's muscle it's not a problem , infact it's a good thing

Get yourself some lifting straps and go HEAVY for shrugs, spend most of your time doing incline for bench and siddddeee delts. Coming along well yah its a little big for everything else but if anything is going to compliment that chest its what I listed above. What are your lifting stats and measurements btw

states are quite poor.
4 sets of 5 flat bench at 134lbs
squat is around 176lbs say 4 sets of 8
deadlift im working on had bad form so im only at 134lbs.
military press is 66 on the smith machine maybe 3 x 5
incline bench is at 110 or 105 at most.
not too sure bout measurements ... will need to get those checked.
