    Hypertrophy split help

    Would this be a good hypertrophy split? Or would a 5 day or 3 day be better?

    Monday-rest

    Tuesday-upper

    Wednesday-lower

    Thursday-rest

    Friday-upper

    Saturday-lower

    Sunday- rest
