This last couple of days I have had a strong pain on my left abdominal side. It started a week ago but just now, it's getting worse. I can stand it for some time, but it does feel like if someone was ripping my abdomen apart.
The weird thing about it is that I mostly feel it when I am breathing while lifting weights or by doing some crunches or any abdominal excersise. Do you guys have any idea of what might have caused this and how can I stop the pain from going worse?
