I usually go to bed at 11:00 and I try to get my last snack/small meal in at 9:00. When is a good time to stop eating for the day? I usually have ice cream as the last thing I eat because it's easy calories for me and it's easy to make. Is this good or bad?

Would say that a food should not be considered healthy or unhealthy, and that as long as a person is consuming an adequate amount of micros/macros (and their diet is predominantly whole food) then there is no reason why they cannot consume a processed food if they so desire. I wouldn't say that consuming a processed food makes one's entire diet unhealthy, as that is like saying that somebody is a bad person because they have one bad habit
Not being difficult, by the way, just elaborating upon my thoughts~

Some scientists argue that eating close (less than 3 hours) to bed time can limit the release of growth hormone during sleep. How credible this argument is you will have to research for yourself. It was discussed here: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=161736423
