07.11.2014: Leg Day
- Calf Raises: 5 sets of 30 reps @ 150 lbs, holding @ top for 2 seconds
- Glute Raise: 4 sets per side of 15 reps @ 115lbs
- Leg Extensions: 5 sets of 40 @ 115lbs, holding @ top for 2 seconds each time, 10 seconds rest between sets
- Lying Leg Curl: Forcing contraction and slowly lowering each time on all of these. 20 reps @ 75, 15 reps @ 90, 15 reps @ 105
I still can't do squats, and I usually do Smith Bar lunges, Mountain Dog Lying Leg Curl for burnout but the yoh + katana was too much this morning. I felt too lightheaded to continue lifting. I'll move the dosing around tomorrow and see what I feel like.

07.12.2014 - Cardio Day
Boxing + Pushups + Stretching Circuits
Pre-workout: 1 cap Vis Response + 1 scoop(3g) Komodo Betaine
10 rounds of 15 pushups, 15 stretches, 1 minute full intensity bag striking.
Basically goes, 15 pushups, 15 stretches, 1 minute full intensity bag striking. Rest 15-25 seconds, repeat for 10 rounds.
These are what I mean by stretches:
Post-workout: 1 mL XI-KT, 3 caps Cycle Assist, 1 cap Nimbus Nutrition Cadence, 1 Gut Health
Notes so far: XI-KT has an interesting thermo effect, and dries super, super fast. I shower, then apply 1mL and it takes about two minutes for it to dry. No sticking to shirt or anything. Vis Response makes you feel very warm, and @ 1 cap it's a perfect pick-me up for cardio.

Pre-workout - 1 scoop Katana v.2 + 1 scoop(3g) Betaine + 1 cap Vis Res.
DB Chest Twist & Press & Squeeze for 2 seconds: 1 warmup set, 4 sets of 12 @ 65 pounds
Decline Bench Press - 5 sets of 10 @ 185lbs
Cable Flys - 4 sets of 25, 1 set of 30 @ 70lbs each side
Pec Deck - 4 sets of 15, holding for 2 seconds, 115lbs
Post-workout: 1mL XI-KT
Notes: Vis Respone + XI-KT = thermo factory. I'm dripping sweets consistently. Appetite is gone, and overall liking this so far.
