Question for you guys. The other week I was stopped for speeding on a freeway, he clocked me for 78 in a 60 on my motorcycle. It was a motorcycle officer using his speed gun. I pulled over, handed him my drivers license. He came moments later and told me to keep the speed down and to ride safe. No ticket. Do you all use discretion when stopping someone? Was it my lucky day? Does me not having a moving violation in 7+ years help my cause? Either way, thank you all for serving your communities.

It matters that you don't just give up." -Stephen Hawking

easy so far. First time I did assistance work, second time I did assistance work and max squats. Today I did max squats, tomorrow i'll prob do max squats as well.
My program says increase 10-20 lbs for week 2, so i'l prob throw a 5 on each side next week.
I like doing squats after, I just do a warmup then I do 1 rep at 80%, 1 at 85, 1 at 95, 1 at 100. Its quick and lets me work on squats while I do the BP.

Dat feel when you hear over the radio your coworker roadside stopping someone, beginning to call the plate then "hey!! Get back in the" then what sounds like a struggle.
Turned out ok, passenger and driver fled different directions, no one hurt but fuark I've never sprinted from my desk to a car faster in my life

Homeland security is funny. Job posting with FEMA wants all these classes that I have completed but also wants 3-4 years demonstrated experience implementing disaster recovery at the state or community level. Requires a ton of travel as necessary.
The job pays $29k a year.
Im sorry but if someone has all that experience they aren't going to be taking an entry level position...--Top Secret Nutrition gets TerpMuscle and his gf back on track!--

Front squat PR boys. I still don't even lift, though.
Kid went in for his 7 day checkup. Li'l fella is in the 90th percentile for length, 97th percentile for weight and 97th percentile for head size. Doctor says he's doin good. #proudpapa. Handling him and my ~2 year old at the same time alone was eye opening. Dad, alone with his two offspring in the wild. SCARY!
