This is a premature thread that I'll use to update my review.
I just received my rack today. It was a birthday present to myself. It was shipped UPSFreight (despite them telling me it would go FedEx Ground across 2 separate packages) and it had a delay because the truck broke down at some point which isn't a big deal.
I started unpacking everything and laid it out neatly on my platform ready to start assembling.
Note: this was everything inside the box
As you can probably see, there's some parts missing.
As far as I know so far, I'm missing all 4 side supports to attach the uprights depth-wise, both j hooks, the fat pull-up bar, and 2 of my uprights don't have the welded plate on the bottom to contact the floor and they have what appears to be rust inside.
I think they gave me extra plate storages though along with 1 undrilled side support.
I contacted them via email with pictures and an explanation and left a voicemail on their phone an hour or so ago. I'll keep this thread updated on the status as they (hopefully) remedy this situation.

I would love to hear what a metalworker thinks about this rack. There are some more pics at http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...post1266938371.
Some of those welds look a little shady to me. Would you trust those j-hooks with your life?
I see burrs. It's my understanding that laser cuts don't leave burrs. Do you think hole alignment will be an issue?
Edit: Fixed link.

Well it's a thin plate they use for the flange. So, thin plate + thin tube + fast weld = what you see. Doesn't mean it will fail or anything. Just looks worse than a hotter weld. But too hot is bad also, and often worse with thin material (undercutting).
Lasers don't leave burrs. They might of been milled.▪█──█▪ Equipment Crew #61 ▪█──█▪

I thought that too until I looked at the pictures on their website again and realized the rack actually doesn't have a cross brace.
I don't think so. They only sent me the UPSFreight delivery notice and there were 2 packages contained within the single UPSFreight delivery.
Yes, two boxes of bolts. 2 bags of ~16 ea and 2 bags of ~12 ea.Training Log (Currently running 5/3/1): http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=157807773

Update:
TitanDistributors replied the next morning (Friday) and they seem concerned and willing to help solve the problem. They requested additional pictures of the uprights which I just sent a few minutes ago.Training Log (Currently running 5/3/1): http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=157807773

they've been nothing but helpful to me. fedex ****ed me over though. for some reason fedex only sent me one package and then i had to go to them to pick up the other one. doesnt seem to be Titans fault. In your case it does though as it looks like they sent you two of the same package instead of one of each set. i bolted mine down. most that s been squatted in it so far is only 255 by one of my friends and incline benched the same weight by me. we both failed after a completing one rep and the safeties caught it without any problem or anything. i would trust this rack with 405 on my back squatting, but ill have to wait till my buddy comes over to try 495 and the low fives. there is no sway back and forth but some sway side to side i think because my platform is on uneven ground, leveled with only wood underneath and the platfrom is only a an inch or two bigger than the rack. I actually drilled some extra holes in the front two flanges to help sturdy it up and im going to do the same to the back once i feel like moving the plate holders.
edit: oh and who ever was asking about the J-hooks, they feel very sturdy. i dont doubt them. they arent small eithe. theres about 2 or more inches where the bar rests so that when you slam the bar back it will catch and rest instead of coming off.Last edited by squatplusoats; 07-15-2014 at 10:29 PM.

Sorry for the lack of an update. Been busy.
They sent the replacement parts out the next day and it arrived last Thursday. What happened was they sent me one box of the HD Power rack and one box of their HD Squat rack. We're now in the process of sending back the extra parts.
I got it put together and it looks good. A few minor complaints but at the price point I don't think this rack can be beat. I'll update sometime later this week with pictures and more detail.
Two thumbs up for Titan Distributors customer service. Very easy to work with, responded quickly to all of my concerns, and shipped the parts out their warehouse within the same or next business day.Training Log (Currently running 5/3/1): http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=157807773

Well, as long as the rack inspires confidence that it will save your life if needed, and that the hole spacing, and changing out the safeties isn't too bad, then you have done well for yourself at this price point. Nothing is really expected to be pretty for that kind of jack, but then again, I've never cared for my equipment to look pretty.
