I'm still in disbelief. 5 days ago I found out my wife is having an affair with a guy from our gym. She refuses to end the affair saying she doesn't know what she wants. She's asking me to give her some space and time to decide what she's wanting. I've pulled cell records showing 1500+ texts between the 2 since late February. Very little phone calls. She admits having sex with him "once" in March.

I'm literally destroyed. I don't know what went wrong we've always been happy together.

I'm here for some advise guys. What all do I need to be doing. I can't eat. Can't sleep. I'm literally going crazy.
