    On Friday the gym was too crowded (small gym) and I managed to do only the squats since I had to check my eye, and did the Bench and Row on Saturday

    Thanks I got even more today but because of the weight my back was rounding and my knee started to hurt, I think I will drop them to 45 kg and work my way up again after my knee recovers.
