I love Hemavol. I currently have cherry limeade. its not a bad flavor, for me probably 8/10. I was kind of hoping it to be more limey.. so more sour. It tastes kinda like bubblegum? still a great flavor. The pumps are definitely noticeable. when having it, make sure to ingest lots of water.

currently have 2 tubs i'm going to run back to back soon as i finish White Flood Reborn. Imo, Hemavol is one of the best stim-free products out there. Neogenix BodyForge is my other favorite go-to stim free product.

Taking .5 scoop on legday its brutal.. Did 1.5 scoop 2 days ago and i had suchh a huge pump it actually help in squats to bring that wheight back up but after a set i was on the floor lol...also got huge doms.. Its a good sign:0

Eat lots of carbs early on and see if that works for you/more volume training.
Otherwise id get potassium nitrate, I'm in the same boat as you.

user of hemavol here..if i can afford it then i have it as often as possible. great pump, especially with correct carb and water intake around gym time.

Be sure to check the store often for sales. A tub should last at least month for the majority.

I haven't done so but am toying with the idea of adding powdered carbs (ex. Cell Tech or Karbolyn) with Hemavol. Can anyone chime in with their experience?

really? eating anything before hand? what type of workout routine are you using?

i like 1.5 scoops in 25oz of water. currently i'm adding 2 caps of our Potassium Nitrate product for crazy pumps/vascularity.

I really enjoy Hemavol OP; the pumps are fantastic! iForce's flavouring system is one of the best, every single flavour I've tried is simply amazing. I'm really excited for them to launch their new pre-workout "MaxOut" at the end of the month

First day on it was yesterday, kicked in half way through the workout so clearly just need to take it slightly early than 30 mins for me.

As non stim no crash either.

Tried Grenade and the crash on that was terrible hence gone none stim....

If you havent tried the BB Pom flavor......oh my balls, try it! I was on that lemmon drop tip, till a few iForce rep's got me onto this. Also have the wuttermellon flavor.....jolly rancher city.

I take my hemavol and King 1 hour before work out
And white flood 10 mins before.

So the way it works for me is starting right off the rip with the Hemavol working, then half way through my routine the White Flood Reborn kicks in.....oh such a glorious feeling my friend.
