    what are my lagging bodyparts?

    I need an objective opinion on what body parts i need to bring up.

    Currently running madcow 5x5. I am going to choose assistance work according to my weak points.

    Deltoid width and your back in general would be good places to start.

    Always back and rear delts whether you do or don't work out your legs. You cannot have too much back and rear delt work especially considering the poor pull to push ratio in that routine.
