So I'm in horrific shape as you can see
Stats
Height 5'10
Weight 12 stone
Bodyfat. Guess at about 22%
I will be using this to log my progress with photos every two weeks
Allowing myself 16 weeks to achieve low bodyfat
Then muscle build from then on
Well aware I'll look stupidly thin, I'm guessing I'll drop about 20 pounds in 16 weeks
Diet started yesterday, same foods every day, 2080 calories to start
Determined to change!

I think you would be fine to start bulking now, but if you're determined to cut first, I wouldn't cut much beyond 10 lbs
