    Angry tennis elbow from lifting

    i have been lifting for just over a month now, i have got a injury apprently called tennis elbow. it isn'y so bad when im lifting but after it hurts when i try and straighten my arm, because my elbow keeps locking up aint is very paintfull, what do i do?...i really dont want to stop lifting but i want the pain to go away. does anyone no how to sort this injury out?

    i have tennis elbow all the time it runs in my family i take fish oil which seems to help i just ice mine and click it out when it sticks. best to have a support on standby and go to the doc if it persists

    Go to the doctor and see what he says, this can be really serious when you get older if you dont properly treat it now. My grandfather had this when he was a kid and didnt get it treated and it still bothers him today. I had it last year after tennis season (dont laugh, I just used it to get girls) and all it took to get rid of it was some ice and sometime muscle relaxants when it was really bad.
