I think changing the name back would be a good final compromise imo, not sure how others feel, but it's just chaging a very small but integral part of this forum. If others like it keep it. Thanks for listening to all input and advice, this looks like it can be a win win to me.

if possible i would also like to have the name changed back. i started this thread and i'm already noticing in other threads that a lot of the regulars didn't really like this change and i would like to ask if we could keep the name and make this a win-win situation
thank you so much

I was literally about to say to ForumSentinel I'm pretty sure B-Neva wasn't being serious with that post. lol
ForumSentinel - Thank you for taking the time to review the situation and making your decision. If it works then great, if it doesn't then it's easy to change back or make a further change depending on feedback.
As for the name change, it really doesn't bother me personally as long as I know this is the section to come and discuss IFBB Pro Bodybuilding.IG: waldronconstruction

Sweet. Well done guys. Can we now get a sub-section for Sammy and the other hypochondriacs to whinge about their minor lifting injuries?

I wonder if Roro has any opinions about the 2012 Mr Olympia?

yes exactly. thank you. i know i may have been getting repetitive but it was b/c of that damn hamstring and me going back and forth competing. this should be the end of me complaining about getting injured b/c i'll give myself a 3 week break now and will be incorporating a lot more massages/foam rolling and train smarter/lighter. and the othropedic surgeon should help with the hamstring
the only time I can recall not heeding advice is to not compete b/c of the hamstring? that one incident went on for a while, but it's just that one hamstring. I haven't had an actual injury since then, just some minor tension in a few other muscles. Besides, I haven't done legs in 3 weeks and the tendon has actually gotten weaker.
the only mental problem I may have is obsessing over my image way too much. It's not like I want to. what mental problem are you thinking of lol?Last edited by SammyJr; 07-15-2014 at 07:27 PM.

You live in Miami there is good sports medicine drs everywhere. I had a few surgeries. I made sure I went with somebody who handled athletes, they fix that **** no problem. youll be alright an realize it wasn't as bad as you thought.
Another thing is you seem like you stress a lot. People underestimate how bad it can affect them physically when you stress you get tense/stiff an just drained in general easy to injure yourself if your stressed. Let your body and mind have a break bud you'll be refreshed when you start training again

Being obsessed over your image is not a "mental problem"(I hate that combination of words, with a passion), it's a blessing for the position you're in. Also, "too much" is not exactly "too much", if you know what I mean.
*Take it to the Random IFBB Chat.
What? I didn't even watch the 2012 Mr.O.

It has it's fair share of advantages and disadvantages, not to mention, he probably wasn't fully aware of the dangers or miscalculated the disadvantages, it's an experience. His obsession is far from being a so called "mental problem" (unless I took the term too literally).
