Last Friday I was in a meeting at work with three representatives from an external client and everything was going well. At one point, one of them, a guy, asked for a particular piece of work to be done ahead of the next meeting. And my colleague said "don't worry, my bitch will do it" and smirked at me.
Everyone burst out laughing and I'm just left sitting their awkwardly thinking to myself I could military press every fuking kunt in this room. But I couldn't say anything because my colleague is a senior who is two pay grades above me.
I was hoping that it would be forgotten about but today, she called my bitch again in front of two PA sloots making me look pathetic because again I couldn't say anything back.
What do I do? It's weird because she's so nice to me when we are working privately and has helped my development a lot. I don't want to cause any issues.
FYI, she is taller than me. We are both 5'10" but she wears heels and towers over me when we are standing.
Cliffs:
- Womanmore colleague keeps calling me bitch in front of people.
- How do I stop this?

"An independent woman is a contradiction in terms. For woman's chief want is to feel that she is wanted. Therefore it is that with women, cruelty is more easily borne than coldness. Indeed, It is astonishing how much downright cruelty a woman will stand from the man she loves or has loved. What women admire is a subtle combination of forcefulness and gentleness. If a woman has to choose between forcefulness and gentleness, always she will sacrifice the latter." - Arnold Haultain

inb4 OP is fired
OP you've got to get a couple people who will vouch for you, and then report your boss to HR or an attorney. She's already crossed the line and should be fired. Do this ONLY if you you can find a couple witnesses who are on YOUR side, and make sure your boss and the HR rep aren't buddy-buddy. If they are close, go straight to an attorney.
Das it mane. $$$ headed your way if you play this right. If you voice your complaints to your boss, 90% chance you're fired within the month and you'll have no recourse.HTC

Bear in mind that I am a graduate with the organisation and this woman is a much loved 5+ years employee who brings a lot more to the company than I do. Complaining to HR is not an option. Real tea that would not end well for me.
I could call her out but that could cause tension and she might give me shiit work to do.Misc Number 1. Boxing Analyst and Pundit

Recite:
"What the heck did you just bloody say to about me, you little kunt? I'll have you know I graduated top of my class in the Uganda Seals, and I've been involved in numerous secret raids on your mum. You are nothing to me but just another target to make fun of. I will wipe you out with precision the likes of which has never seen before on this earth. Mark my bloody words! You think you can get away with calling me a bitch in front of your friends? Then think again, you little wanker! As we speak I'm contacting the FBI, and your house address being traced right now. So you better prepare for the storm. If only you could have known what unholy retribution calling me a bitch was about to bring down upon you. Maybe you would have thought twice. But you couldn't. You didn't. And now you're paying the price."

UK employment law is a lot different to the US. If I was constructively dismissed, any compensation would equate to me salary which is modest. It is possible to get large compensation for harassment but I doubt being called "bitch" is sufficient to bring a case to the table.

Tell her to stop saying it because it's unprofessional. Document your conversation and everytime she's said it.
The next time she calls you a name go to HR with your documentation.
Also, is she your direct boss or just someone with a more direct role?I fap to your avi
