After free weights in what order do you do seated row & lat pull downs?
I been doing seated rows then lat pull downs.
I been switching it up to keep growing, just wondering what order the majority of people do rows & pull downs in.
Thanks for your feedback
Ordered most to least difficult to me personally

It's usually best to do body part exercises ordered from your most- to least-difficult. IOW, those exercises that you feel are toughest for you should be performed when you have the most energy to bring to bear on them.
Past that, it's important to decide on a lineup and then stick with it so that week-to-week, you can compare weight/sets/reps in relative fashion so that you can evaluate your rate of progression. No brain, no gain.

I alternate days. One back day I'll start with pulldowns and then do rows, on the next I'll start with rows and then pulldowns.
Look under your chair. YOU GET A REP, AND YOU GET A REP, REPS FOR EVERYONE! If I get a rep, you get a rep, every time. Give me a link to make my life a little easier.
If you don't give me a link and you didn't post in the thread you rep'd me in, I'm not gonna go searching for you. I'll get everyone on recharge.

I've always loved and believed in dead lifts, it's a great mass builder and essential to developing a great back.
Unfortunately I had to take them out of my routine a couple weeks ago due to chronic back pain.
I practiced very strict form and they were even therapeutic. Since I can't do them anymore, I added additional back exercises to my routine to make up for it.
