    Limb Dominance??

    Hello. i have been working out for about 8 months now. i do a 3 day full body workout as my dad said who has been strength training his whole life. but i want to be more of a body builder type body with a good physique though i have what him and i consider limb dominance. My biceps and my triceps are HUGE compared to the rest of my body. Which makes everyone consider me jacked when i have a shirt on. which makes me a little skeptical to take it off and show my chest. Which is all fine and good but i want a bigger chest and bigger shoulders. which are my two weak points. Ive been searching for a while on how to help my chest grow more and make my shoulders pop more without much help. any advice would be much appreciated.
