    No progress.

Okay so its been 20days at the gym, im a beginner.
    On a bulk,
During the first 10days, I felt that soreness after every workout and it ws kinda going right.
    Then now.
I dont feel like I have worked out at all after exiting the gym, im trying to bulk and my arms are kinda getting cut up(probably diet probs)
I am making progress in terms of weights, bench went to 70 from the 30 on day.1. But I dont feel anything at all and its like I never went to the gym, no muscles soreness. No Cuts or slight mass gain, nothing.

And also, for the arms. I start to curl.2sets with 10lbs of 10 15lbs. 10reps done, next set cant so more than 5.(left arm stops right from progressing too since I have to stop when the left does due to imbalance). After stopping at this set. Even though I cant curl ****, I dont feel anything in my arms.

And despite everything, visbly, arms have become a Lil bit cut, pecs still have plenty of fats over them, shoulders same. And not a bit of tummy fat is lost.

This is seriously demotivating and I need help.

Is there some prob with my plan?
    Do a split
    Monday- Chest and Back
    Tuesday Arms
    Wed- Legs
    Thursday-Shoulders.
    And some ab exercises daily.

I have worked out for a month last year too, but it was Soo much better back then. With visible fat loss and muscle soreness after every-workout with progress. And back then I was totally a noob who just went in and did any exercise I felt like doing and ws like a full-body routine 7x a week.

    Help!

do a fullbody routine like starting strength, all pros, stronglifts, or icf 5x5. soreness is not really an indicator of a good workout. progress on your lifts is.

also make sure to check the nutrition stickies in the nutrition forum.
    Lifts @ 999lbs

    Squat 1300lbs/590kg
    Bench Press 700lbs/317.5kg
    Deadlift 1000lbs/453.5kg

    Clean&Jerk 600lbs/272kg
    Snatch 500lbs/227kg

Lifts all Raw (no suits or wraps)

soreness isnt an indicator of growth, you dont feel sore now because you are training frequently, this is good

keep going it takes time to make/notice changes

You wont see results in 20days sorry, except if you do DTP by kris but dont do it since you didnt lift for ~ a year, if you want fast muscle gain, You will gain LOTS of mass doing Kris's DTP.. Do ICF or any strength program for couple months and jump on it.. I was newbie at start, wanted to make fast gains like everyone new to bodybuilding, did 1 month of a compound mouvement, then did DTP for about A MONTH, gained 18pounds and increased most of the compound movement by ~40-50pounds
