Hey, it's been a couple months since my last progress photos so I figured I'd pop back in with an update.
My weight gain stalled out for awhile because I think that even though my intake was greatly increased, I was only eating at maintenance for 118-120 lbs. To combat this I've really been trying not to count calories and have been judging my fitness based on the scale and my performance. I know this isn't ideal, but my goal is mental stability and a sense of normalcy around food first and lifting second. My body weight has gone from 117-120 to around 122-124, not a huge difference, but I feel like my strength has increased. I've really cooled down on the cardio (maybe 30 mins a week now). Don't know what my bf % is because I feel like if I used calipers I might relapse but i think it's floating around 12-15. My goal weight was 135-145, but now I'm thinking I could maybe go up to 150 and still be pretty lean. Here's what my lifts look like now:
Bench: From 65 - 125 lbs.
Squat: From 95 - 155 lbs.
Deadlift: From 125 - 185 lbs.
