CAIR-Florida ask U.S. Department of State to intervene on behalf of American citizen

(TAMPA, FL 7/04/14) - The Florida chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-Florida) today called on the U.S. Department of State to demand that Israel immediately release 15-year-old Palestinian-American high school student Tariq Khdeir so that he may receive emergency medical attention after being brutally beaten by Israeli forces. Khdeir’s beating was captured on video.

On July 3, Khdeir, cousin of kidnapped and murdered Palestinian teen Mohammed Abu Khdeir, was beaten by Israeli soldiers and incarcerated with severe medical injuries. His family has reported to CAIR-Florida that he seems to have a broken nose, broken chin and his eyes are swollen shut. He is unconscious and chained to a bed and his mother is not allowed within 15 feet of him.

Tariq Khdeir is a sophomore in High School at UAF in Tampa Florida and an American-born citizen.

“It is the duty of American officials to intervene and secure the release of an American citizen who was so viciously attacked and denied medical treatment,” said CAIR-Florida Chief Executive Director Hassan Shibly.

Shibly noted that CAIR’s Sacramento Valley chapter took part in a memorial service last night with California relatives of Mohammed Abu Khdeir, who was abducted and killed near his home in Jerusalem on Wednesday.

I was shocked by another video reported by the 'CNN' where they were showing the cruelty of israeli soldiers. They filmed the shooting on 2 innocent palestinian children, whom later on died by the shots. The children weren't a direct threat or a threat at all. They were just walking by. Israeli forces, ofcourse, denied the occurence and said there was no such thing and plus the significant lie that they use 'rubber' bullets that don't penetrate. Meanwhile the shots penetrated the chest and came out from the back.

GTFO, 2 innocent children died for **** sake. You can see the actual shooting while they were passing by on the CNN news. Feelsbadman..

For all we know, those teens could have been killed in a car crash and are now being used as an excuse to torture the Palestinians.. and don't discount that.. that's hardly beyond the cunning of Israel.. and Israel have interests to strike the Palestinians right now (not fully informed but I read something along the lines of it being due to the Palestinian's elections coming up soon among other things) with the world distracted with the World Cup and ISIS...but even then, let's say those teens WERE murdered by Palestinians or by Hamas or whatever, it does not excuse what Israel has been doing these last 3 weeks:

-Carried out nightly airstrikes in several locations in the Gaza Strip
-Raided a media building in the West Bank, destroying equipment and video archives

Why are all Israelis considered not human when certain ones do reprehensible acts? Not all Israelis support occupying the west bank. I don't believe all Arabs are subhuman just because some do disgusting reprehensible acts.
