Ok so I was told I should make a workout log to track my progress and thats exactly what i'm going to do, before I start tracking i'm going to share my story thus far. I plan on dedicating myself to this log to track my progress and hopefully inspire other skinny kids/adults across the world.
I've been skinny all my life but in 2012 around may I got really sick wasn't eating much and was just in a dark place I didn't want to do nothing I stepped on the scale and I seen "115 pounds" that was the skinniest i've ever been, I felt so terrible knowing I was 6'3 115 Lbs.
