This was yesterday's workout. Was kind of short on time, so got in and got out in around 45 minutes. Pre workout was 4 NIOX and 1 Caffeine pill about 30 minutes before training. The new NIOX formula is solid for a stim free pre workout. Im not a fan of to much caffeine. I train around 6am most days, so I like the liquid capsule caffeine that has a moderate dose of 210mg. Overall pretty solid workout. I will try to get some updated photo's of myself, it has been awhile since I have taken any.

Knee has been bugging me for the past few months due to a nagging injury. All these sets felt light, but just working my way back into training legs heavy. Heading up to Wisconsin tonight and will probably hit a few cool gyms on the road this week. This felt good as a heavier session, and will try to hit a lighter pump workout later in the week.

Glad you are liking the NIOX! I always take it pre workout. Have you been using 3 pills 2x per day? Haha, no need to be quiet at all!

Those are some solid numbers! Nothing wrong with being more of an upper body guy lol. I have very long legs and struggle to ever make them look "thick". My best deadlift is 585x1 and I think 500x8. Going to take me awhile to get back to those numbers though .

Great workout this morning at a Gold's Gym in Fitchburg Wisconsin. Used a few machine I don't normally have access to. The last exercises on the Hoist machine was purely because I wanted to try that piece of equipment out lol. My chest was fried so just was messing around on it. I also snapped an updated photo.

I have perfected the farmer's tan haha!

That it is! Got fried the other day when I took my Harley out. Thanks, feeling pretty good. I am pretty lean and hoping focusing on my training and getting consistent will put some muscle back on me.

Ever use anything like Hemavol, m5 reloaded, body octane as a pre-workout Volumizer? If so how does that compare to what you use?

I have used Hemavol, which I did like to be honest. They have some good flavors. NIOX is liquid capsules, so I like that it hits you quick and hard. I drink BCAA's during training, so just taking the liquid caps pre workout is perfect.
