    Couldn't really see your head but it kinda look like you were using a lil bit too much lower back at end of your squat going up. But Idk I'm not a pro.

    Yes that's what I had in mind in making the thread, I felt something in my lower back and my friend said I was doing a "good morning" squat. So I figure its not too bad as of now...I will focus on it. Thx

    Looks fine. Deserves a rep.

    I sit right down on my calves with high bar squat. And do front squats. And overhead squats unloaded. But that's just because I have given up on any kind of low bar powerlifting squat/box squat. Posterior chain is trashed enough from all the snatches, cleans, goodmornings, deads, I do.

    Lift well and prosper.

    I used to lean forward as well during the squat. A narrow grip (almost shoulder width), keeping elbows down and keeping a tighter core helped me with this. Other than that it looks pretty good.

    The majority of the people in this thread don't know what low bar squat is. Yes its not the best but your butt comes up first instead of knees.
