Hi there,
I was just curious is it technically possible to have a mostly supplemented diet? I.e. below. Or would it just not work.
An all in one shake /w 500ml semi skimmed
Energy: 536.3kcal
Protein (as-is): 54.1g
Carbohydrates: 48.9g
Fat: 11.8g
so if for a quick example to achieve +/- 2500kcal
scrambled eggs for brekkie
shake
chicken breast w/ 75g rice
shake
chicken breast w/ 75g rice
shake post workout
the shakes alone account for 1600kcal
I know im being vague but the question im after is, is it a viable option for someone who is on the road the best part of the day?
Thanks

There is a reason that people repeatedly encourage the use of mainly whole foods, rather than supplemental powders.
Carr and Vissers recently explained,
Although synthetic and food-derived vitamin C appear to be equally bioavailable in humans, ingesting vitamin C as part of a whole food is considered preferable because of the concomitant consumption of numerous other macro- and micronutrients and phytochemicals, which will confer additional health benefits.
