I was tolerating it at the begining but it really is getting repetative with all these questions that are simple and not rocket science.
This aint the fuking fat loss forum. Go there if you want basic nutrition and fat loss advice.
The point of this thread is to motivate cutters that share and give advice not regurgitate basic nutrition.
I can confirm we have been relegated to the fat loss forum.

Attached 1 week into cut and 4 weeks into cut.
I hold like 95% of my fat right in my stomach and it appears that is where it's all fading from. Pic 1 is prob 217 and I just snapped pic 2 now and I'm at 212. Both are in a 100% depleted state as I am doing keto.
*6'5" and natty and don't look like I lift crew*
*Never has another person in pics to add scale crew*
Srs, I've pulled 530 and still have no traps, time to get on that shrug time I guess.
It's cool, I don't really care anymore in my old(er) age. I already tried being larger (got to 250 before) and my body just isn't made to be that large, I looked absolutely terrible.
I'm content with just being lean and strong. Going to get back into PLing but without the force feeding this time lol.
Figure I have another 4 weeks to go on the cut until 6 pack status.

i have been getting back to my keto but i think eating avocado did mess it up, on the flip side feels getting leaner.

Thanks. I wasn't trying to bitch, I was actually trying to be positive since I noticed huge difference in my stomach after only 3 weeks. Last year this wasn't the case, I lost a lot more weight and still didn't have a flat stomach at 205. Keto seems to work better for me than just traditionally eating less.
Ok gonna go work to pull 600+ then. Maybe I'll switch my 5/3/1 BBB good mornings to SLDLs instead to hit the traps more, can't hurt.
