Hi brahs, first post in here. After a bit of advice, as im trying to plan my first ever cut after bulking for the last 9 months.
I'm wondering whether I should start to cut early october for aussie summer(december), or if I should keep on bulking until november?
Whats generally easier to try for your first cut?? Any help is appreciatedgday m8

Thanks for the replys.
To be honest i have no idea of what numbers i should be aiming to lose. I felt pretty lean (by my standards) when i was at 160 earlier this year. Im thinking 15lbs, maybe up to 20 depending on how easy it is to maintain.
What bf would you guys assume im at currently?

Starting the new split today - going for next 9 weeks on it and super stoked. Going to be:
Upper Push : Upper Pull : Legs
A and B workouts for each of those that will alternate (push A, pull A, legs A, push B, pull B, legs B ect...)
4-5 days a week
1 Primary move for each workout that is 3x5 focused on progressing in weight each week
Accessory movements focused on adding sets over the 9 week span rather than increasing weight, 8-20 reps on these
Ive always responded well to a mix of Intensity and high volume work together in the same program...lets see what happens here.

Fon7ana pls tall and fit beats all let's be real. My brother is 6'3" used to be jacked, when we were younger and used to go to clubs / bars he would get girls without doing anything at all every time. The guy would walk into a room and instantly everyone would look. Now is married to 5'10" blonde and they're rich.

Bought a first class ticket to Snap City while deadlifting today. Wasn't as excruciating as my first fuk-up a few months ago, but feeling horribly stiff now.

It's funny cause I've been doing stiff leg dl's (AllPro), so I've not even been lifting too heavy, it's mostly for hammy development. I don't know what happened.. My form was fine. Maybe it was a combination of high rep, weak core, and potentially the fact that I missed two sessions last week due to work so wasn't prepared? Or maybe the fact that I don't stretch.. probably that.
Either way, looks like it's back to leg curls lol. AwFuk.
