Bro I literally said 'aw fuk bye' to this bish a couple of weeks ago. Was the best thing I did. She called me at 3 in the morning trying to find out why I was pissed. lol (during my mood swings of peace). srs everything has been great since then.

Never really thought about measuring a scoop of protein with a scale, rather than just using a "rounded scoop"
You'd be surprised how a "rounded scoop" can differ in weight from the actual grams you should be using per serving of protons. A full (exact) scoop was much bigger than I imagined and was previously using.
So many gainz missed out on.... Never again.
Speaking of which, dat feel when you don't realize you ran out of chicken and have to use 3-4 scoops of protons to hit proton goal.

Had pretty decent bench workout yesterday. My top sets were 315 x 1 and close grip 210x10. I was going to do the 315x2 but didn't have a spotter so was a little scared but the 1 rep was pretty easy. So I think my attempts are going to be 300, 315, 320 - 325 (ish) next week depending on feels. Usually my lifts are better in comp than in gym so maybe a little higher if I'm pumped up enough but I always like to start off conservatively to get a good lift in first. Then bump up a little on the second and if that goes well, go all out on the 3rd. Anyway, that's the plan and I'm not doing deadlift this time because it's been sucking due to cutting lately and there's no squat in this comp either.
