Quick question for the SCC. Any of you guys get the runs when you take a caffeine pill? I bought some to take for a pre-workout last week and I was 4 for 4 on the runs. Anybody with the same experience? Any tips?

If i reach a point where im satisfied with my progress ill stop or if i drop to 2k. That will be my end point. Currently at 2.3k and losing from what the mirror says. Lol no scale for me.

Powerhouse gym woodbridge, on the 19th , 100% Raw Fed. Which reminds me I need to register tomorrow. Doing bench for sure, deciding on deadlift tonight. I got to lose a few pounds to make masters 198, gained a couple recently. Doing a mud run next week too (probably a mistake but it forces me to get my cardio in).
