no, the 2 min is recovery, pedal slow and recover so you can go hard as fuk on the next interval. If you're peddling fast you're not gonna be able to go 100% 6 times.
I like to warmup for 5 min peddling moderately --> intervals around 15 min ---> 5 min cooldown
I'll probably still be shredding in sept, even after my vaca because I have a wedding to go to the following weekend.

Gjdm. I've also lost 2lbs a week and a half into my RD now, which hardly makes sense to me considering I was basically at maintenance cals for 3-4 days cause I binged. I'm thinking of increasing my cals even more though than gp's protocol depending on how I feel, have started to help my dad out a lot with construction so my tdee is higher some days

Was gonna to a PSMF for the next two weeks since my family is on vacation and I don't have **** to do, but they told me too late they were leaving and don't have time to buy the supps I need (shipping time is a bitch to EU and prices here are insane).
Plus, eating 180g of protein a day in Switzerland would cost like 20$/day in chicken alone without counting the supps, so I just decided to cut calories lower than usual but not go to the extreme.*** Misc Cigar Crew ***

Oh I track :P just don't give a fuk. Got to what I look like in Avi getting yucky every Saturday. The key was have 600cals of cardio and a brutal leg day every Saturday and then literally not eating anything til I went out besides some plain chicken breast. That way it seems like a super relaxing cheat day but reality prob barely hit maint cals most Saturdays

Hit chest and tris yesterday and forgot my headphones. I thought it was all down hill from there but surprisingly I had one of the best workouts I've had in a while. I think its just due to me not focusing on skipping songs or worrying about a song putting me in the zone. I just focused and did my thing. I might try it again today and see how it goes.
On another note great job on the others posting their shredz on here. Shear motivation. Im going to also give the bike interval cardio a try.

I can see doing that on vacation not sure about regular weekends but I probably won't have one of those weekends for a while. Although I plan on drinking at mahemfest on the 3rd. Guess I'll be unable to track that day anyway. Probably get my carbs from beer that day. Not tracking on vacation in August for 10 days too.

Everything was going good until Saturday evening. Started day in 500 cal deficit from morning cardio. Then mowed lawn and cleaned up the house which led to more deficit. 5pm finally broke fast with homemade burger = 400 cals
Then.........
off to my 4th wedding anniversary dinner. Ate a whole medium neopolitan style pizza, half a dessert pizza, 4 pints of some different craft brew...
later on, 4 pints boddington's
get home, beer munchies in effect.....make some nachos and quesadilla, then knock back about 20 hershey's dark kisses.
Man, I just hope by Friday morning weigh in I see no weight gain. Special occasion so hopefully it doesn't happen again for a while.Chicago Cubs & Bears

Yea man just whatever works. I dont have a ima cheat mindset. Like if I'm tired or friends out of town or whatever I just hit my normal macros and move on to the next week. I did find that knowing I might go over Sat kept me on the straight and narrow the rest of the week. Don't think I fukked up my macros once during the week
