Was supposed to do arms today+cardio but ended up going on the jetski @ the lake. The weather was fuken terrible, cloudy windy and chilly. Couldnt even take off shirt cause it was so chilly. Still went on the jetski but couldnt get a workout in after.
Hoping to kills arms tomorrow + an hour of stairmaster, then Sunday legs.
Is it even worth it to hit legs twice a week if youre natty doe? Im cutting so cant really see them growing any time soon...only reason I see it being useful is cause I seem to burn the most cals on leg days
