Right now, everything is pretty low coming off a low back injury and taking basically a year off... Did a meet and hit 260/370/501 prior to lower back injury.
-Took 2013 off, still lifted, but no squat/dead. Just spun wheels basically, was a waste of a year.
-Back still hurting bad in Jan 2014, decided to start over from scratch at 95 lb squat (srs), but strict no belt. Back is 100% fine now, turned out I relied on the belt too much and had under developed back muscles hence why I kept hurting my back on squats/deads. I only use the belt for top 5/3/1 set now.
Now back up to 330 squat and 425 deadlift, both fairly easy and climbing fast.
I haven't tested 1rm bench in a long time, but I'm doing 5/3/1 and hit 225 x 10 on the recent 5's week, so it's probably upper 200s.
My goal is to get to visible 6 pack and get back to 3/4/5 at that level of leanness.

Squatting is not easy for me. Deadlifting feels natural. Whatever my squat is, my deadlift is usually 100-150 lbs higher. When I pulled 530 in the gym, my max squat wasn't even 405.
IDK what happened, I just kept hurting it after every heavy squat or DL session. Ironically, squatting/deadlifting is what cured it and not rest. Go figure.

you might benefit from trying to get more of an stretch reflex (going down faster, finding that sweet spot) and breaking the bar so that your elbows stay nicely below the bar pointing downwards not backwards
otherwise it isn't that bad, the only problem is that you wrote 260/370/501 and i thought that was the normal ''squat/bench/deadlift'' format so i thought you only squat 260 lol (i tend to skip the bench numbers so i didn't see anything wrong with it hah)
other than that, i'm almost at a similar ratio for raw squats but i compete in wraps so it's a bit different for me

Oh LOL, no my squat wasn't 260 while my bench was 370 rofl.
I was just putting it in the order like a meet. Yeah everyone tells me to keep my elbows under the bar. Every time I try to do it, I lose all ass/hip drive and the movement seems to become all quads though. Haven't figured it out yet. I'm just happy I'm not squatting 95 lbs anymore. Legit 100% srs, I was sore the day after that in Jan of this year and my wife was squatting 155 atg next to me. feltbadman.jpg

Omg. I honestly don't think there's anything more cringe-worthy than being in the gym and seeing some ******* dancing like Zyzz next to his homo friends.
