This. I wouldn't even doubt Fitt was natty if he trained since 18 or younger and had consistent diet. He weighs 176lbs and is just really lean. Its not like he walks around that lean all year round either. He just stays within a certain range so when a shoot is scheduled he can get that lean in an acceptable period of time.

Maybe he takes something to stay lean, or retain muscle when cutting but its not like he's got some impossible physique. Now, staying that leaning year round, that I would doubt as being possible natty. 8% or less can get thrown off with water retention or sodium.

Firstly, anyone can get ripped and big with cell tech; literally anyone. The one who must not be named had a horrible genetics and weak foundation. His picture of him and his brother between 18-20 were rather feminie. They have no mass, no muscle and were skinny fat. A lot of the aesthetic crew were the same. Horrible natural genetics. But cell tech can change all this. All the cell teched up natties on Youtube had horrible natural genetics or poor base to start as well; Hodgetwins, Chris Jones, Matt Ogus and so on.

Anyone who gets big and ripped on cell tech is not special. Because cell tech is magic. No ifs and buts.

However, how many can actually get ripped, muscular and lean?

Good point. But its also where pure genetic comes in. If it ain't already a part of you, it certainly will show here. Natty can't make this guy cut if is not already a part of his genetic structure.

Its not just size but overall symmetry. There are some huge bb out there that look great in a pose but they look clumsy and blocky otherwise. I would never want the bull dog look. Not saying small nattys are better, but they're certainly more pleasing off stage (i.e. everywhere else).

but im not powerlifting anymore. now going fairly moderate on the weights and using volume. working much better for hypertrophy as the broscience says.

have you done a program like Starting Strength? I'd recommend reading the book first
