    First thing, I always like to see how a thread evolves once many different people start chiming in. This thread began by discussing the ineffectiveness I was experience with PWO sups and it's lead to a much deeper and beneficial conversation, so thank you all for that.

    Secondly these were come fantastic reads. Some a tad long, but I find nutrition and exercise to be very interesting so I enjoyed them very much. I've always tried to stay away from broscience, but it looks like a tiny portion of it has crept its way into my program. Not only that but I love some of the other myths these articles blast.

    I would as well. Use just the Hemavol pre-workout (for the pumps) but don't use any stim products. Do that for a few weeks (3-4) and then jump back on to stims and they should hit you like a freight train

    Good tip. I'm now a week off of stims and my workouts are tough. But I've actually implemented a few of the suggestions from various bb members on this thread regarding diet in the evening and it definitely helps. I didn't shy away from carbs last night and my workout this morning was decent. I'm definitely gonna try just Hemavol tomorrow morning and see what happens.

    I'm a humble person and recognize that I have a lot to learn. Everyday I make sure that I read something that intensifies my knowledge about both nutrition and training. I think this is a big reason why I've lost 40lbs so far. I'm always learning.

    personally id switch out c4 with maxout add hemavol.


    lol but in all serious, nitrates + hemavol should do the trick for practically everyone. maybe add a cap of E or 1,3 to c4 to get the energy up [ps stim break? lololol]
