I got to train with Jay Cutler a few days ago, and MAN, what a nice guy. Love his new supp line (even though it competes against my own company...) but it was just a fun day with him and IFBB Pro Mac Trucc as well. Here some pics. Jay's almost 41 and looks amazing off-season in person. He's done now though, on to focus on other things in life. Here are some pics, you can see more on his Insta or on mine @phil_zoned and @zonednutrition of our training day! It was a charity event for Make A Wish Foundation (I had Cancer as a kid and used it, so Jay and DaveMadMax thought I'd be a good fit) I feel so thankful and learned a ton! I am a trainer, a nutritionist, run a company... but training with Mr O, it's next level man!

Awesome man. I have literally never heard anyone complain about Jay's personality or attitude in person over his entire career. as said, he's gotta' be one of the nicest, most easy going pros...really hope to meet him some day.
He still looks wide as fuark. I know he is downsizing slowly in order to not shock the body et.

He said "I am feeling small" at one point during our lunch, and everyone around just laughed. Hahah. He's like 270 or so he said.. but he's 5'9 only and is looking really lean for no contest prep and not training often. He's been on the road like CRAZY for the new company products and sales, and is doing a lot of the work himself. Even still... Can't take size off the beast that quick, haha. Thanks bro, glad I beat it too!

I met Jay at an expo a few years ago and snapped the pic that is now my avi.
Not many people were around that day at the expo. He was just at a booth and there was no line to talk to him or anything, it was kind of funny. I talked to him for 10-15 minutes, then came back later and talked to him again for another 10-15 minutes, I asked him a million questions. He was an awesome guy and he won me over as a fan that day.
