    deadlifts works back and forearms - bicep activation is attained via hammer curls, preacher curls, pullups, chinups, inverted cable rows, and standard curls.
    For bigger arms hit triceps (CG-BP, Skullcrushers, dips etc), then work biceps after for maximum gains. Or hit chest and triceps one day, and back and biceps on another.
