Well guys the log was fun.. I'm all out of almost all of my supps even mulits and general health ones.. but heres my final impressions.
ILoad: It's tough to say, But since I was taking all of the supps previous to this and felt a little extra tightness in the muscle while taking it I'd say it does have a slight effect paired with a Carb Drink such as Karbolyn or Karbolic. I'm guessing it reacts in such a way to provide the transport of nutrients to the muscle and help fill up the stores of glycogen.
Karbolyn: Its a favorite of mine in the Carb drink category and in recovery as well. I even got to the point of mixing it pre worjout with Dr Jekyll and although the flavors didnt match I was still ok. As for the recovery aspect I do believe it worked in that sense because I wasnt getting as sore or run down before/after a workout. I was only using 1 scoop pre workout so I didnt run through the tub in a week.
But as expected Prosupps makes quality products and I'd say go check them out!Follow my journey!
