Man this workout was a beast. After coming from work, I thought I did not have any strength...I had plenty left over though. I took two capsules this morning with my cereal. I took two capsules post-workout with 8 oz turkey breast with a cup of rice. Tomorrow is back day and week 3 of y3t....aka the epic week of mass proportions.

I was dead after this workout..I mean so tired..I did not want to work afterwards, but I did. My lower back was still hurting from my leg workout a few days ago, but that subsided quickly once I hit deadlift. I mean the focus was there. Man my shoulders are pumped to the brink after this great workout. It felt great to work on a weakness of mine, but it was relaxing. Man my triceps were engorged and they were hurting. I did not even want to do biceps after this, but I did.

My biceps were dead as well. Good workout..I think I could have handled more weight, but my pump was killer. I took two capsules of Test Factor in the morning and two post workout. Good arm day, I'll be hitting mine tonight. Now we just need to discover a supp that makes your arms look permanently like they do during arm day haha
By the looks of it your diet is quite clean. I've been working on cleaning mine up a bit over the past couple weeks, already seems to be making a difference in my physique.

I mean its not clean as I want, but I am doing a little bit more in the gym to aid in it.

40 minutes on a treadmill

I hate cardio, but I am putting it back in rotation. I am getting use to doing abs again. I took two capsules of Test Factor with my cereal today. Today I been eating and eating.
Breakfast 8:00 A.M.
Kashi cereal with milk and orange juice
Post-workout Lunch 12:00 P.M.
Turkey sandwich on whole wheat with cheese
10 oz of chocolate milk
Snack 2:00 P.M.
Protein Shake
Snack 2 4:00 P.M.
6 oz of salmon

Yeah I am slowly putting cardio back in. The last two days I have not worked out. I will be doing legs tomorrow followed by chest on Monday. Today, I took my two capsules in the morning with pancakes and eggs. I took my evening dose with 8 oz of ground beef with red potatoes. I am not adding any fat on to my body and it looks like Test Factor is aiding in that bit. Libido wise...I dont notice much of a change.

Absolutely, feel free to ask away with any questions that you may have.
My personal thoughts on Test Factor are that the absolute biggest and most welcome benefit is the rapid glycogen loading capabilities of this formula. I'm 6ft, 240lbs and it is terribly hard for me to keep muscle fullness/roundness compared to a few yrs back when I had less muscle. While on TF, my pumps are great, vascularity is slightly increased, and all day muscle fullness is more pronounced as well. I see looking at your stats that you are also a big guy, so you may be able to relate with what I'm saying here.
Next I would have to say the inclusion of Primavie takes this product from just being a test booster, to being a true strength and recovery formula as well. As many loggers have noted, there is generally an increase in work output/endurance & strength and less DOMS/quicker recovery.
Lastly, the typical test booster effect of increased libido is certainly there. That said, I'm a young guy so the libido effect is never too dramatic as mine is already strong year round.

am noticing some of what you have seen. My body does look a lot fuller than normal and my veins seems to show that more after a good sized carb meal after taking Test Factor.

Man this workout blew me away. I added in barbell bench press just to get a better pump. I took my morning dose of Test Factor with cereal. My evening dose was with 6 oz turkey, two pieces of bread, 8 oz chocolate milk, and a pineapple fruit cup. I was vascular right after that. The vascularity is insane and the chest pump I had was too. Tomorrow once again starts the three cycle of my y3t training.

Man I killed this workout. There was a fire alarm at the gym after my set of 315 on deadlifts. They were working on wiring and it was some smoke. I had to wait 15 minutes to go back in the gym and crank out 8 reps at 345. My back feels good.

I had to unload a 1500 piece truck Thursday and a 800 piece truck yesterday. Man what a workout that was. I did workout arms today, but I wasn't in the same zone...who cares the workout went well and I dont care about my arms that much.
