whey protein once in a while when I don't have time to eat.
pre workout supp sometimes, have C4 at the moment but it has like 2 servings left.. don't know if i'm going to bother buying another one after.

That's it. I haven't had BCAA's (powder, I realize animal pak has BCAA's in it) or whey/casein in over a year. The gains you make from dropping all of that powder and instead eat an extra helping of tuna or chicken breast is honestly way better.Starting Weight: 145lbs
