Havent been on this for a few years.
Been busy with uni and just sticking to what i learnt years ago from here so is the following still legit?
1. Meal timing and frequency doesnt matter
2. High gi/low GI doesnt matter
3. IIFYM
4. 1g protein per lb body weight
5. Can only gain 1lb muscle a month
