Will now be logging my workout daily/bi weekly. Will be attempting to log my macros/food log daily.

Shoutout from the South y'all.
On a serious note. Ketoing for tenish days, skd style but due to the ed, if I want an oreo, I use it as TKD, just to you know not have bulimia. It's been smooth sailing with the ed. Macros as of today are changing to
1100 cals
110 protein
less than 50 carbs
fill the rest with fat
I am in a contest to get to 15 percent bodyfat by april 22. If I do so, I get free training for the next year.
